YOU & YOUR TEAM

As a Sales Development Representative, you will ensure that our lead pipeline is full and work closely with the Account Management team.

We are looking for you for the following tasks:

  • Identification of potential customers using our ICPs and buying personas as well as generation and qualification of leads through prospecting

  • Conducting cold calls via various channels

  • Pre-qualify leads according to the BANT framework

  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team by arranging appointments

  • Update the customer database

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, to exchange feedback on leads, coordinate appointments and share information

  • Invite prospects and potential customers to suresecure events and participate in them to win new customers.

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

  • The ability to to deal with challenges in a patient and solution-orientated manner, as well as strong communication skills and perseverance

  • active listening and the ability to ask open questions, to better understand customer needs and requirements

  • Experience in cold calling and cold e-mailing is an advantage

  • The ability to work in a team

  • Interest in technical solutions and willingness to gradually familiarise yourself with new tools and software solutions with support.
