Borussia Mönchengladbach season opening 24

On 10 and 11 August 2024, Borussia Mönchengladbach's season opening took place around BORUSSIA-PARK and attracted numerous fans, partners and sponsors. As an official cybersecurity partner, we had our own stand this weekend - and it was simply fantastic!

The weather couldn't have been better: Blue skies and sunshine made for the perfect atmosphere. The mood among the guests was consistently positive and everyone was looking forward to the upcoming start of the season. The season opener was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with the club's sponsors and partners and simply have a good time.

Have I heard the competition?

At our stand, there was a can shooting game for young and old. The challenge? To shoot all the cans with a football in a maximum of three attempts. Those who succeeded were rewarded with loud cheers and were allowed to take part in the prize draw - the main prize was a signed Borussia jersey from Robin Hack! We still had surprises in store for those who couldn't hit all the cans: stickers and stylish suncaps.

But that wasn't all! Another competition ran in parallel, in which participants could post a creative photo on our Instagram page. Here, too, there was a signed Borussia jersey from Robin Hack to be won. The participation in both competitions was overwhelming and we were delighted with the many funny and creative entries.

In addition to the matches and competitions, we had the opportunity to talk to many fans and interested parties. Be it about football, Borussia or our role as a cybersecurity partner.

Ge-Hack-ed?

One particular highlight was the visit from the Borussia professionals on Sunday afternoon. Robin Hack, Philipp Sander, Grant Ranos and Luca Netz signed autographs on site and took photos with the fans. Even the professionals took the opportunity to show off their skills at the can shooting competition - and that went extremely well too!

It was a weekend full of fun, exciting encounters and unforgettable moments. We look back on this season opener with great pleasure and would like to thank everyone who visited us.
